How will the next administration handle information policy? What does transparency really mean? No matter how you feel about the incoming president, you've got to be curious about the information policy of a PEOTUS that campaigned via the internet in innovative new ways and had a website up within 48 hours of winning the election.
We've gathered up an panel of experts from the CATO Institute, the American Library Assocation, the Center for American Progress, and the Sunlight Foundation. Join us for an educational- and perhaps provocative- evening.
Join the Potomac Valley Chapter of ASIS&T for a lively discussion on how the new administration will handle information policy.
Moderator Dr. Paul Jaeger will lead the discussion amongst the panel from the American Libraries Association, The Cato Institute, Center for American Progress, and the Sunlight Foundation.
Register early, this one will sell-out quickly! Registration is due by Jan 13, 5pm-- but it will probably sell out much earlier!
